YOU WILL

• Develop compelling concepts and on-brand design solutions—it's all about meeting the challenge and then bringing something extra to the table.
• Communicate branding and content—speaking to and defending design choices is a must.
• Take the seeds of creative ideas, be them yours or other team members, and expand them into something far beyond what’s expected or has been previously done.
• Ability to think strategically, creatively and collaboratively.
• Develop in depth knowledge of client’s products and services, the target audience and their competitors' activities.
• Together with other senior positions, manage and inspire the creative team as well as being accountable for the creative deliverables.
• Foster and develop members of the team be a mentor and lead by example.
• Strong Knowledge on UX/UI. Be able to apply it into the proposals.
• Keep up to date of popular culture and of both graphic trends.
• Enjoy working as a team member. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Portfolio containing pieces that exhibit your experience and talent relatable to this job offer..
• Video/Animation skills will be appreciated
• At least +7 years experience in a creative agency or in-house roles.
