JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Senior UX/ UI designer to join our growing UX/UI team. You'll be working as part of a team of experienced UX/ UI designers, creating digital user experiences for fashion and lifestyle brands globally.

ON A PRACTICAL LEVEL, THIS ROLE WILL ENTAIL:

• Creating innovative and rich user experience concepts working closely with the strategy manager. 
• Supporting and testing concepts using research. 
• Turning concepts into clear structures and wireframes for user interfaces. 
• Participating in the design process by visualising responsive layouts in different breakpoints. 
• Guiding/leading other designers. 
• Documenting design solutions in preparation for development. 
• Designing different types of UI and graphic elements such as illustrations, icons, presentations, etc. 
• Partnering with the strategy team to proactively generate new ideas. 
• Freedom to research latest UX developments and turn these into proposals for a global audience.

SKILLSET WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Strategic UX/UI profile. 
• The ability to define projects in terms of concept, content and structure. 
• The ability to provide the best UX solutions. 
• Good understanding of responsive web design, grids, breakpoints and design systems. 
• Understanding of how to apply a proper content structure and hierarchy. 
• Proficiency working with Adobe CC or related design programs. 
• Basic knowledge of CSS/HTML is a plus. 
• Good communication skills. 
• The ability to work well as a team member and lead other designers. 
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, deadline-driven and able to multi-task. 
• Ability to cope and stay focused under pressure.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluent English. 
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related experience. 
• Proven experience (6+ years) in a similar role. 
• Portfolio with examples of experience.
