JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Social Media Design & Content Creator you will be responsible to collaborate with our team to implement the Machinas' social media strategy. You will liaise with content contributors throughout the agency, create content yourself and shape the strategy with your ideas. In addition, it will be your job to find the right social media initiatives to make that content shine and increase its reach.

On a daily basis, you'll divide your time between designing content, taking care of the content plan and actual publishing and community management. A team of experienced designers and strategists will be there to support you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing content for different social media channels.
• Implementing Machinas' social media strategy.
• Point of contact for all content contributors.
• Social Media content planning and creation.
• Community management: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Communication of the social media initiatives and people engagement in the company.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graphic design degree or similar.
• English spoken.
• In-depth knowledge of the fundamentals of good design (style, image, color, typography).
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite software CS6 or superior.
• Highly organized, flexible and good attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
