Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI designer to join our design team.

For that you’ll need to be able to lead our client’s projects from definition up to ideation, combining the best possible user experience with cutting-edge visual and interactive design.

You should be a motivated designer with a deep understanding of human interaction and psychology, an extensive knowledge of the latest digital design trends, as well as a strong base on front-end programing and web design.

Additionally you should have excellent communication skills and the right attitude to work in a collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define the logical and functional aspects of our client’s projects with the support of benchmarks, wireframes and quick prototyping.
  • Actively participate in design discussions being able to correctly argument design decisions.
  • Work in the ideation process by visualising design solutions and creating interactive prototypes.
  • Get the projects ready for hand off to the developer’s team by documenting designs, and preparing deliverables.
  • Actively use and collaborate in the maintenance of our client’s style guide and pattern library.
  • Be ready to work in an iterative model, meeting our client’s deadlines.


Technical Qualifications

  • Extensive experience of multiplatform and responsive web design.
  • Excellent understanding of atomic design, and design based on style guides.
  • Knowledge and understanding of CSS/HTML/Javascript.
  • Deep understanding of human interaction and psychology.
  • In-depth proficiency in Adobe CC or related design, wireframing and prototyping programs.
  • Great communication skills.
  • The ability to work well as a team member; you have an understanding of how a design team operates.
  • Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, deadline-driven and able to multi-task.
  • A positive attitude that can benefit the team as well as the ability to cope and stay focused under pressure.
  • Previous knowledge of the e-commerce in the fashion industry will be a plus.


Personal Competencies

  • English written and spoken is a must (it's the official communication language in our company).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related experience.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role.
  • Portfolio with examples of experience.
